I can be stored in the fridge for at least 3 months. You can also freeze me and then take me out of the freezer, grate me whilst frozen and pop me back in the freezer. Some customers grate me and place me grated into the freezer. And don't forget I am also quite tasty eaten on my own or with an piece of fruit or glass or two of wine.

A great cheese which is as happy on a cheeseboard as it is grated over your pasta. Made using traditional Italian methods, however we use a vegetarian rennet in place of the animal rennet and is the only cheese of its type to be Vegetarian Society Approved. This medium fat hard cheese is made from pasteurised cows' milk and is matured for 15 months. It is sweeter than most would expect and therefore can be eaten as an everyday cheese; great with an apple or pear, glass of wine and is brilliant to cook with.

Ingredients: Cow’s MILK, Salt, Chymosin (vegetal rennet)

Storage: wrap in grease-proof paper, place in air tight container in the fridge.

Suitable for vegetarians and home freezing.
