This is our new cheese! It’s called Charmer Blue and is a stable mate for our much loved Sussex Charmer. Still made with pasteurised cows milk, this is very much a soft and creamy , mild blue-veined cheese that can be eaten by itself or crumbled, melted, or spread over foods. It may be used in salads, dressings, or drizzled over grilled steak. Just like our Sussex Charmer, Charmer Blue is a highly versatile cheese that you won’t be able to do without!
